The Hart Baseball Family would like to welcome Coach Landau as the new leader of the Hawks JV team. Coach Landau played for legendary Lakewood High School Coach Spud O’Neil. After his high school years he moved on to play at Upper Illinois University. His love for the game continued after college as an assistant Frosh coach at Cleveland High and player in the LABL where he still plays today. 

“Coach Landau will be taking over the JV team for the 2026 season. His enthusiasm and love for the game is sure to be a driving force for our group who won the 2025 Frosh league championship last season,” said Coach Meza. “We are thankful and looking forward to seeing Landau’s squad compete this season.”

Mitchell, a Santa Clarita resident, has been in the mattress business for almost 40 years, ten of which have been here in Santa Clarita. Hart is also currently the school where two of his three daughters attend. We thank his daughters and Fiancé for sharing his time with us this season.
