Bio
Frosh head coach Joe Pieper begins his 10th year in the Hart dugout for the newly named Hawks, and the “Black-and-Red” are truly blessed to have the former College of the Canyon’s outfielder guiding them in 2025. Coach Pieper’s dedication and passion for coaching his players has been a staple through the years and the past frosh teams have rewarded his hard work with championship seasons. Coach Pieper, who played for Hall-of-Fame head coach Mike Gillespie at COC, motivates his players with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the game. The Hart Baseball program is blessed by Coach Pieper’s involvement.
“Coach Pieper’s years at Hart have built a sense of fun and determination within our younger players, and his development of our first-year players has continued to lead to program success year after year. Coach continues to teach our players the importance of competition and tradition” said Coach Meza. “Joe’s efforts in balancing a full-time job and leading our frosh Hawks is inspiring.”
Coach Pieper, married to Fayezah Nesheiwat, is blessed with three children. Coach Pieper’s three children, daughters Meghan and Caitlin and son Evan join Coach and Faye in welcoming Faye’s daughters into the Pieper family. Coach Pieper works in the Santa Clarita Valley as a real estate developer and project manager for Boulder Builders.
