Howard, a senior right-handed hitting outfielder, addressed his offensive needs in the off-season and the coaching staff expects improved performance in 2024. Howard hit .263 in limited opportunities in 2023. The hard-working student-athlete increased his strength with a dedicated weight room approach and improved mechanics to be on time more consistently with his swing. Howard, a quality athlete in the outfield, possesses a strong throwing arm and expansive range to chase down fly balls. Howard’s dedication to improvement warrants increased opportunity and his confidence should continue to develop.
