Miraglia, a talented junior infielder, should provide infield and hitting options throughout the 2024 spring. Miraglia, the starting second baseman on the JV squad last year, possesses a quality glove and capable throwing arm from the second base position. Miraglia turns double plays quickly with his soft hands and displays the range to his left on ground balls in the grass. Offensively, Miraglia hits line drives and demonstrates an adept capability to hit the ball to the opposite field. Miraglia becomes a valuable member of the team by executing the small ball game, and dropping bunts when the team’s welfare depends on its success.
