Rhodes, one of the best offensive players on the 2023 F-S team, improved dramatically during the summer and fall seasons, and the coaching staff believes his future is now with various roles in 2024. Rhodes, the third Rhodes’ brother to play baseball at Hart, displays a strong arm, wields an explosive bat and a capable glove at playing multiple positions. On the mound, Rhodes’ three-pitch arsenal improves with each outing and the sharpness of the breaking stuff works at the varsity level. Rhodes’ fastball locates with command, and his left-handed movement adds difficulty to hitting him. Offensively, Rhodes demonstrates a gap power bat and RBI capability. Defensively, Rhodes plays the outfield and first base with equal capability.
