Costello, injured most of the last year, should rebound for the Frosh-Soph in 2024 with developing strength and athleticism. Costello, a tall and lanky performer, dedicated himself to attending the summer camp despite his injury and his perseverance will benefit his opportunities this spring. Costello displays a strong throwing arm on the mound and corner infield positions, and improved leg strength will assist his development. Costello’s physical maturity and increased growth will develop a strong bat and he should be a middle-of-the-lineup hitter.
